An alternating pressure cushion system with rechargeable battery backup that can offer alternating therapy to patients in a variety of mobile chairs ⁄ beds.
The Carilex Cari Chair is an air alternating system that is designed to provide therapeutic
function to prevent pressure ulcers when a patient is transfered to a chair.
With Carilex’s advance pressure redistribution technology, high risk patients are no longer
confined to the bed. The rechargeable battery backup keeps the system operating for up to 8 hours. The Cari Chair Cushion is compatible with a variety of mobile devices
including, geriatric chair, recliner or wheelchair.
Cari Chair Power Unit with
Comfort Setting — offers adjustable comfort level, doesn’t require to enter patient’s weight (1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5).
Intelligent Pressure Sensing (I.P.S) technology — respond to patient movements on cushion by automatically adjusting internal cushion pressure.
Static Mode — offers static function to meet individual patient’s need.
Panel Lock — control panel settings can be locked for safety and toprevent tampering. For protection, panel automatically locks if control unit
buttons are untouched for three minutes.
Visual and audible indicator — indicates when low pressure occurs (with mute option).
Digital LED screen — allows input and display of comfort level and cycle time.
Carry Bag — to provide IP22 protection of power unit.
Multiple cycle times — choice between 10, 15 and 20 minutes.
Battery Level LED — monitoring the battery level, low battery ⁄ battery failure and charging state.
