Double Glazed Doors Continuous inventory monitoring without heat loss. The toughened glass has a 16mm thermal gap between panes to provide insulation and a safe external temperature.

Temperature Lock Out Set point temperatures are locked to prevent unauthorised change.

Adjustable Shelving Wire electro–polished shelves are adjustable to suit your requirements. 2 litre and 1 litre bottles and bags can be stored either standing up or lying down.

Centre Opening Doors Save space and eliminate the need for left or right hand opening. Magnetic door closure prevents heat loss.

Multi-Purpose Installation All Malmet Cabinets have a specially designed wall mounting bracket. They can be converted to a free–standing or bench unit with the addition of a floor–bench skirt or cabinet stand or they can be recessed into the wall.

Combination Units A unique feature of the Malmet Cabinet range is its ability to convert any single cabinet into a combination unit. Mix and match to suit your requirements either now or in the future. Great when space is at a premium.

Over Heat Protection Fluid Warming Cabinets are pre–set at 37° C and governed not to exceed 50° C. Blanket Warming Cabinets can not be increased above 60° C. Temperature shut out is 5° C above set point temperature.

Serviceability All serviceable parts are housed in a slide out service compartment making routing service a breeze.

Fan Assisted Convection Heating Hot air is propelled from the low–wattage element through special ducting, ensuring even and economical heat distribution. Cabinet temperature variance is 1° C.

Control The 8 bit microcontroller reads temperature in 1° C increments. Settings are stored in non-volatile memory allowing retention during a power loss.

Heater Drive Solid state switching offers years of reliability and close tolerance switching. The system is MEC complaint with EMI emissions within approved standards.

Construction The cabinet is double walled stainless steel with an insulated cavity. Cool to touch exterior surface. Combined with double glazed doors this ensures high efficiency, low running costs and a cool to touch exterior surface.

Mobility Versatility – cabinets can be supplied with 4 non-marking castors (2 fixed, 2 swivel and lockable)
